Welcome to Motorev Car Care. These terms explain our website, orders, payments, delivery, cancellations, and returns. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We do our best to keep product descriptions, photographs, prices, and specifications accurate. Please note:

• Product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting.
• Dimensions and specifications are approximate.
• Prices may change without notice. Confirmed orders retain the agreed price.
• Product availability depends on stock.

Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about a product.

Placing an order means you are offering to purchase the product. We may accept or reject an order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. An order is confirmed once we accept it by email or WhatsApp.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Direct bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS).
• UPI, including Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm.
• Cash on Delivery (COD), where available for your location.

Full payment is required before processing an order, except for eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. We do not use third-party payment gateways. Payments are non-refundable unless a refund is approved under our Return & Refund Policy.

We deliver across India through India Post. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

• Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout or shared before order confirmation.
• Shipping charges may vary based on parcel weight, destination, and India Post rates.
• Delivery may be delayed due to India Post, holidays, strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.

All sales are final except when a product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged during transit.

• Report the issue within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or phone.
• Provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
• For approved returns, you do not need to pay return shipping charges.
• After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will arrange a replacement or issue an eligible full refund within 2 business days.

Amazon orders are managed directly by Amazon and follow Amazon India's Returns & Refunds Policy.

To the extent permitted by Indian law, Motorev Car Care is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our liability for any product or website claim is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned, as permitted by law.

We are not responsible for issues caused by misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow the product instructions. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights related to defective products.

Please use our website responsibly and lawfully. You must not:

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract website data without permission.
• Interfere with website functionality or security.
• Use the website for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to access our systems or data without authorization.

We may restrict access where necessary if these terms are violated.

We respect your privacy and handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy. We collect essential order information to fulfill purchases and arrange delivery. We do not sell personal information or use it for marketing without your consent.
